By downloading or using TalkWay, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. TalkWay is operated by POLPROG.

What TalkWay Is
TalkWay is a two-person, anonymous, audio-only voice app for cyclists. Two riders create or join a short-lived room with a six-character code and talk to each other over the internet while they ride. One rider can be on iOS and the other on Android. TalkWay does not play music itself, does not use the camera, and does not record your conversations.
Who Can Use TalkWay
TalkWay is a general-audience cycling utility. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and capable of riding safely. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including traffic and road-safety laws.
Safety While Riding
Your safety is your responsibility. Set up your room and headset before you start riding. Keep your eyes on the road and both hands ready for your bike. Obey all traffic laws, and never let a conversation distract you from your surroundings. Do not interact with the screen while moving.
- Use a hands-free, open-ear, or single-ear setup that keeps you aware of traffic. Many regions legally require at least one ear free
- Lower the volume so you can still hear vehicles, signals, and people around you
- Stop in a safe place if you need to change settings or rejoin a room
TalkWay is a communication tool, not a navigation or safety device. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses arising from your use of the app while cycling.
Acceptable Use
Because TalkWay connects you live with another rider, what you say is heard by that person in real time. You agree not to use TalkWay to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate anyone
- Share unlawful content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to circumvent its rate limits and abuse protections
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We may apply rate limits and may restrict access to protect the service and its users. Since rooms are anonymous and ephemeral and we keep no record of who talked to whom, you are responsible for whom you choose to share a room code with.
Your Voice and Content
TalkWay streams your voice live to the one other rider in your room and never records or stores it. We do not own or claim any rights to what you say. You are solely responsible for your own conduct and the content of your conversations.
Availability and Warranty
TalkWay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Voice quality and connectivity depend on your network, your device, and your audio hardware. In particular, classic Bluetooth headsets reduce music quality to mono while the microphone is active; this is a hardware limitation, not a defect in the app. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and a session may end if your device, network, or the operating system interrupts it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POLPROG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use TalkWay, including any incident occurring while you ride. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue features of TalkWay, and we may revise these terms. We will post the updated terms at this URL with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [to be completed: jurisdiction, for example Poland], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
